Keyless propeller mounting procedure: Clean the propeller shaft cone, check the cone for burrs and damages, repair when necessary, clean and lightly oil the shaft cone. Clean the propeller bore, check the bore for burrs and damages, repair when necessary, clean and lightly oil the propeller bore. Lift with care the propeller to the proper position in front of the propeller shaft cone. Lifting can be done with slings. Carefully pull the propeller on the propeller shaft cone.
