A copy of the specification must be sent to the ship, where the Master is to provide a copy to the Chief Engineer and other members of the Shipboard. The Master and Chief Engineer shall ensure that all required supplies, service engineers, Class, Flag and insurance surveyors, paint supplies, sub-contractors and agents for the dry-docking and allied services, are requisitioned via the technical department. They shall also keep all those involved, fully updated on the vessel’s schedule.
